Heinzel, Bunzl Beteiligungs- und Liegenschaftsverwaltungs GesmbH, Paskov, from the Austrian Heinzel group, acquired for nearly Kc 2 billion pulp producer Biocel Paskov, in the North Moravia region of the Czech Republic, in a deal involving 93.64% of Biocel, and arranged through securities dealer Quorum Pro. The entire stake comprised shares previously held by the funds managed by Československá obchodní banka, a.s., P.I.F. a.s. - 1.Privatizační investiční fond, První investiční společnost, a.s., Tarpa Securities B.V. and Triton Development Fund, together represented by Quorum Pro. In 2000 Biocel had a net unaudited profit of Kc 732 million on revenues of Kc 5.395 billion.
