Tom Blake joined Pöyry Capital in 2008. Tom is an expert in the energy and utilities sector who joined from AdviCorp, an investment banking boutique. Previously he worked with PFC Energy and spent 18 years at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. During his career Tom has worked with many energy and utility clients, including Enel, Endesa, Centrica, National Grid, Suez, Iberdrola, Repsol and ENI. While at Kleinwort, he led the team which advised on the privatisation of Enel in 1999, the largest European IPO. Tom graduated from Oxford University in 1984.
Cele Moncayo joined Pöyry Capital in 2010. Previously employed by the London office of MONITOR group and Ermgassen & Co, Cele originated and executed M&A and capital raising mandates across the industrial, packaging, renewable energy, chemical, services and consumer industries, focusing predominantly on German, UK and Japanese corporate customers and financial sponsors. Prior to the MONITOR group and Ermgassen, he was employed by Lehman Brothers. Cele holds a Master of European Business from Cass Business School in London and completed a leadership development program from Harvard Business School.

Bengt Hammar received his BA and MPA from Princeton University in 1977. After nine years with Citibank/Citicorp Investment Bank in London, he joined Morgan Stanley in 1986 where he became responsible for creating their European Forest Products and Packaging Coverage Team. In 1995 Bengt joined BZW as a Managing Director responsible for their Global Forest Products and Packaging Group. In 1998, Bengt was engaged by Jaakko Pöyry Consulting in order to develop a business plan for Pöyry Capital and was later appointed its President & CEO.

Matthias Odrobina joined Pöyry Capital in 2015. Previously he was employed as Associate Director within the M&A department of Bankhaus Lampe, a leading German private bank. Prior to Bankhaus Lampe, he worked for KPMG Corporate Finance and Accuracy. Matthias has a track record in executing and project managing assignments across Europe, working for corporate clients as well as financial sponsors. During his assignments he gained experience mainly across the industrial, chemical and services industries. Matthias holds a business degree from Goethe University with a major in Finance & Accounting and Management & Microeconomics.
