Pöyry Capital Corporate Governance

Senior Vice President, Forest Industry Business Group of Pöyry PLC joined the Jaakko Pöyry Group in 2000 as Vice President of Jaakko Pöyry Oy responsible for the Paper Technology Division.  In 2003 he was appointed President of Jaakko Pöyry Oy responsible for the New Investments and Technology business area.  In January 2007 Mr Lindahl was appointed Deputy to the President of the Forest Industry business group to take over as business group President in January 2008.  Mr Lindahl has participated in numerous pre-engineering, investment and feasibility studies in several countries and has also supervised Pöyry's involvement in several major pulp and paper mill projects.

Deputy to the President and CEO of Pöyry PLC, Mr Salminen joined Pöyry in 1985 as Manager of Finance and Accounting.  In 1988 he was appointed Chief Financial Officer in Pöyry. From 1997 to 1998 he was also in charge of the Construction Business Group and from 1998 to 2000 of the Infrastructure & Environment business group. In 1999 Mr Salminen accepted the appointment as Group Executive Vice President.  Teuvo Salminen has been member of the Group's Executive Committee since 1997.

Suvi Anttila received her B. Sc., Economics from Vaasa School of Economics & Business Administration in 1979 and two years later the M.Sc., Forestry, Forest Products Marketing from University of Helsinki.  Ms Anttila has more than 25 years experience on pulp, paper and related industries worldwide.

Prior to her Pöyry career, Ms Anttila worked with marketing research for Finnish Paper Mills Association (FINNPAP) in 1979-1987.  1987 Ms Anttila joined Jaakko Pöyry Group first as a Marketing Consultant after which she was named Vice President of the Market Research and Industry Analysis Department.

Ms Anttila worked as President of Pöyry Forest Industry Consulting 2005-2008, prior to that Executive Vice President of Jaakko Pöyry Consulting (Europe) Oy and Deputy to President 1999-2005.
