M-real has divested its subsidiary Tako Carton Plant Ltd to Pyroll Ltd. Tako Carton Plant's production facilities are located in Tampere, Finland.
The
plant produces consumer packaging products for the food processing and
other industries and employs 160 people. The divestiture is part of M-real's asset base review announced in October 2006.
